Unit 7-106 is a one-bedroom, two-bathroom condo on the ground floor of the Kamaole Sands Resort in South Kihei, Maui. At 818 feet, it is very spacious, easily accomodating four people. It has a private lanai which opens into a beautiful tropical garden and is equipped with a table and four chairs.

The unit is completely remodeled. The entire floor is tiled, both bathrooms are completely renovated with high quality tile, fixtures and faucets, the kitchen is totally rebuilt with new cabinets, appliances, plumbing, sink and faucet.

The bedroom has a new high-quality king-size bed and a television with cable. The living room contains a second cable television with a VCR, as well as a CD player, a telephone, and an AC unit. You can use high-speed cable Internet for free during your stay. We replaced a standard pull-out sofa in the living room with a queen-size futon, which is much more convenient to sit and to sleep on. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a microwave, a conventional oven, and a sink with a disposal. All appliances are new, including a washer and a dryer. Linens and towels are provided, but please bring your own beach towels!

We have installed a number combination lock on the bedroom closet. This is the owners' closet and is only available to guests who rent directly from us. It contains a number of useful items, including two beach chairs, an umbrella, and some sand toys. The code and the opening instructions will be provided when your reservation is confirmed.

Driving Directions

From Kahului Airport drive towards the Airport Exit on Keolani Place for 1.2 miles. Bear left on Dairy Road, drive 1 mile and turn left on Puunene Ave (HWY 350). Continue on Mokulele (HWY 311) for 6 miles. Following the sign to Kihei turn left on South Kihei Road. Drive 5 miles. Kamaole Sands is on your left.

Check In/Out

You may check in after 3pm on the day of your arrival. Check-out time is before 12pm.

Your Arrival

You should check-in with Castle Resorts rental company in the main lobby. Park near the main lobby in a white painted stall. You will receive keys and a parking pass for the duration of your stay. You will also receive the access code to the pool area. If you bring a computer, ask for an access code to connect to the Internet from your unit.

Parking

When you check-in in the main lobby, you will be assigned a parking stall. You will have a parking permit that you should place on the dashboard.

Internet

We have a high-speed cable Internet available in our units. You can connect to it at no charge while you are staying with us. You will need an access code that you can receive at any time at the front desk. Important! When you first connect your computer to the cable modem and open your browser, you will be offered to buy a plan. Click to buy the plan that covers your stay. For example, if you are staying 5 nights, buy a week. You will not be charged for that. The splash screen just doesn't have options for free access, but it is free for you as our guest.

Unit Guide

A binder and booklets containing information on the Resort's facilities, activities, parking, phone, phone numbers, and more will be placed in the unit.

Linen

All beds have sheets, pillows and blankets. A bath towel, hand towel and wash cloth is provided for each occupant. Some detergent will be provided, you might need to buy more. Please bring your own beach towels!

Kitchen

The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, glassware, cutlery and more. There is a dishwasher. Some dishwashing liquid and detergent will be provided. You might need to buy more.

Housekeeping

The unit will be ready for you on check-in and will be cleaned after your departure. If you have additional housekeeping needs, it can be arranged with Castle Resorts Housekeeping (ext.1269). Daily maid service costs $20 and includes change of bath towels, make up of beds, emptying trash, replenishing amenities and paper products. Full mid-stay service costs $40 and includes all of the above plus change of all linens, cleaning of bathrooms, dusting furniture, cleaning floors, cleaning of lanai area. We ask all our guests staying over a week to order a full mid-stay cleaning every 4-7 days.

Owner's Closets

We have installed a number combination padlock on the bedroom closet. This is an owner's closet and it is only available to us and customers who rent directly from us. There are two beach chairs and an umbrella and some sand toys. The code and the opening instructions will be provided when your reservation is confirmed. Please do not forget to lock everything when leaving. The closing instructions are on the inside of the door.

Occupants

The maximum number of occupants for 6-109 is 6; for 7-106 - 4.

Quiet Time

Our guests are asked to observe Quiet Time in Kamaole Sands which is between 10pm and 8am.

Payment Procedures

A $300 deposit is required to secure your reservation. The balance is due 60 days (slow season) or 90 days (high season) before your check-in date. Payment can be a money order, bank draft or a personal check.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your reservation 60 or 90 days (depending on season) prior to your arrival, you forfeit the $300 initial deposit. If you cancel less than 60 (90) days prior to the check-in date and we are able to re-rent the unit, you will receive a rebate (of the funds paid to us) equal to the amount we recover minus the $100 handling fee. There will be no rebate if the unit is not re-rented.
